Our show is designed to tell the story behind each collection and to create a setting that adds context and excitement. 

We are seeking designers with strong tailoring skills who can execute a polished, well-fitted, and complete collection. Our show is inspired by the beauty and art of collage, and different fashion genres allow for more variety in sets. There are 4 open designer line-up spots, and they will be considered on a rolling basis as applications are submitted.

The Process

Submit your application

Applications are reviewed as they are received. Once the lineup is filled, applications will close. We will contact you to schedule a meeting.

Sign the contract

If accepted into the show, you will receive a contract based on your package. A non-refundable deposit is required; the amount will be stated in your contract.

Runway prep

Submit your brand packet and begin designing. Expect an in-person model casting, designer reviews, tech prep meetings, and model fittings.

Marketing

Starts once you officially sign on. We create content for digital and print use and coordinate shoots and interviews. You also receive a personal portrait session.

Provide a vision board, marketing packet, collection story, promotional behind-the-scenes design content, runway music, etc. Full details can be found in our designer contract.

FAQs

What promotion can I expect?

Designers get a portrait session and can participate in promotional shoots. We provide custom content for social media, digital, and print.

Designers are highlighted through social media, promo emails, our website, and show programs. We invite media, buyers, boutique owners, and respected influencers for a collection preview.

Who opens and closes?

A limited number of designers helps keep collections from getting lost. Because we are looking for a variety of fashion genres, the final lineup will be based on the best flow both aesthetically and logistically.

We will collaborate with designers and our tech crew when finalizing.

What are some backstage amenities?

To name a few: a professional hair and makeup team, a final lineup board, water, coffee, and food from McMenamins, access to a kitchenette and staff restroom, a dedicated backstage team, a photo spot, first aid and prep kits, and security. We are open to suggestions or requests.

What is the show program?

A printed booklet with designer stories and contact info, as well as promos for the models, artists, and crew. We will include business advertisements and community stories. Includes a digital version.

Can I add extra garments?

The collection minimum is 15 looks. You can add up to 5 additional looks, a maximum of 20. $100 per additional look. Personal models will be considered for these additional looks if requested.
