CODE OF CONDUCT

All participants in the Muse Behavior Runway show and related events must adhere to our code of conduct and venue policies. Failure to do so may result in removal from show participation and/or being escorted off the premises, and no future participation in Muse Behavior Runway or related events will be granted. Show participants must follow all rules and policies set out by The Crystal Ballroom and venues used for show-related events. 

Be Respectful and Professional: Treat everyone with respect and remember we are all working toward the same goal of a successful and unique runway show experience. Clean up after yourself throughout the event and keep your personal belongings to a minimum. Muse Behavior Runway is not responsible for lost or stolen items. 

Harassment and Discrimination: There is a zero-tolerance policy for bullying, racism, sexual harassment, or discrimination based on gender, size, ethnicity, or sexual orientation. The Muse Behavior Runway production team promotes a safe, positive, and creative environment and has an open-door policy for participants to express concerns.

Health and Safety: 1. Show participants can not be under the influence or in possession of alcohol or illegal substances. 2. There is a zero-tolerance policy for violence or threatening behavior of any kind. 3. If you test positive for COVID or any other contagious illness, stay home. If applicable, send a representative to stand in for your collection. If you are feeling sick during the show, let a staff member know so we can help. It is important to eat before the show, snack during it, and drink plenty of water. 4. For show day, the venue provides its own security and ticket check-in. 5. If there are accessibility accommodations you have for the venue(s), contact them directly so your needs can be properly addressed. 

Communication: Read and respond to communication promptly. Emails come from inboxes ending in “@musebehaviorrunway.com”. Deadlines are expected to be met, or decisions may be made on the participant's behalf if necessary. Expect some emails that require your response to move forward in the show. Failing to respond after reasonable attempts have been made may result in removal from the show.

Arrive on time for show day and all related events. Communicate as soon as possible if you have a conflict with a mandatory date or are running late on the day of. We can only accommodate so many exceptions. 

Participants are expected to conduct themselves professionally online when promoting the event, without altering graphics or misrepresenting the show. 

Backstage Policies 1. No harassment or violence of any kind. 2. No alcohol or drug consumption in the backstage area. 3. No photos or videos of models in any form of undress at any point or in “No Photo” zones. 4. No unauthorized people are allowed backstage. Everyone must wear an approved backstage badge at all times. All guests must stay front-of-house before, during, and after the show. 5. No unnecessary loitering in spaces where models are changing. 6. Be respectful of others’ space and personal belongings. 7. No eating or drinking around or while wearing designer garments. 8. Listen to all announcements and be responsible for your designated role. 9. Be quiet in the backstage area during the show. 10. No food or drink in the immediate backstage area in the ballroom itself. 

VENUE RULES & POLICIES

The Crystal Ballroom

All participants and guests of the Muse Behavior Runway Show on 03/13/2027 are expected to adhere to the venue’s rules and policies at all times. Failure to do so will result in removal from the show and being asked to leave the premises, and no refund will be given.

THE CRYSTAL BALLROOM’S HOUSE RULES

*No violence of any kind
*No cursing or verbal harassment towards other customers or staff.
*No form of inappropriate behavior, no racial or physical harassment. This includes displaying symbols that the venue deems to be threatening. 
*No consumption of alcohol not purchased on the premises.
*No willful damaging of venue property.
*This is a non-smoking venue. 
*Do not enter areas clearly marked as employee-only, private, or otherwise.

ALL PATRONS, TALENT, AND CREW ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH
The Crystal Ballroom utilizes metal detectors (walk-through and wand) on all crew, talent, and patrons at all shows. No exceptions will be made. The venue provides security guards and in-house staff to help enforce these policies.

*No weapons of any kind.
*No entry if intoxicated or under the influence of drugs.
*No possession or consumption of illegal substances of any kind.
*No possession or consumption of alcohol not purchased on the premises.
*No permanent markers or paint pens.

ADDITIONAL HOUSE TERMS
*The venue does not allow inflatables or liquid projectiles. 
*Confetti cleanup fee is $500. Needs to be discussed in advance of the show.
Additional: Muse Behavior Runway holds the event participant responsible for paying the $500 fee within the timeframe set by the venue.
